• Just wrapped a couple of nice hours on the beach. Taking the beach trolley back to our house. Next up…who knows… #

• @maddiegrant the bluesurf is gone. Right now is a vacant lot. Putting in the “Residences at the Blue Surf”. Condos. Wow new dunes as well #
• @jamienotter nothing better than a ride on a new rig. One of the few experiences as an adult that makes me feel like a kid again! Have fun. #
• Plenty of beach reading to get done. Gotta finish Groundswell and then catch up on some trade pubs. Who knows what else. #
• Next up for me, air up the bike tires (for a ride later) and the off to the beach. Perfect beach weather at least on the DelMarVa peninsula. #
• @jamienotter I was amazed too, it wasn’t perfect but I was happy. Cardio side was solid, legs tired pretty quickly. Tomorrow will b the test #

• 45 minute run, definitely have a ways to go to get back to where I was. I have heard that a journey of a 1000 mile starts with a single step #
• Trying to find my way back to who I was as opposed to who I have become. Running was an integral part of the old me and it was a nice change #
• Just finished my first run after a 6 year hiatus. I figured that I would start off my vacation on the right foot. #
