This is a bit of a break from the type of things that I normally talk about, but as someone who does a considerable amount of traveling and spends more than his fair share of nights in hotel rooms, I was recently stunned by a story that was broken by the Fox Atlanta I-Team on hotel rooms, specifically the cleanliness (or lack thereof) of drinking glasses. Just an fyi, the video is not all that surprising but it is repulsive. I’m sure that most hotels are not this way, the challenge is there is no way to know for certain. Hopefully, for all of you fellow travelers out there, it will serve as a useful heads-up.
