RoopleThemes has a handful of really nice Drupal themes that are well designed, developed and documented. Definitely a great starting point for a Drupal project whether starting for scratch or looking to develop a new theme.

Blatant Media was founded on the realization that many organizations were adapting their business processes to academically oriented Learning Management Systems. A few nice and free Drupal themes. Could be a good starting point for future projects.
